YES! I totally agree! We should seriously start some kind of random Reach Cambridge fund for ourselves, so we can use those money set aside for picnic food! (and washing powder) But powder is powder, it won’t wet your shirts like liquid soap. ahha.

And that is a fallacy! Its a hasty generalisation! I say they are nice XD

Ooh i agree with the picnic idea, we need to bond asap! Take for example: I have no idea who Ken is. (sorry Ken but i didn’t know you existed! ) So we’ll get the food stuff from Sainsbury or NTUC? haha. Wow we’re turning anti-RJ? I thought that was AC!

Emergency money July 26, 2008

Hi everyone!

One thing my mum told me which I believe our seniors touched on briefly was that we can actually use our DBS/POSB atm cards in the UK to withdraw money from the machine – BUT at a charge of $5 or so. Singapore Dollars, not pounds. Apparently the machines can be quite easily found in London. Anyway it’s still better to just bring all the cash we need! Just letting you guys know anyway, in case of emergencies =)

Anyway, last reminder to all Reach Cambridge students, if you haven’t given your meningitis confirmation slippie thingies to your group leaders, please do so soon! And please prepare 1oo pounds as well for collection for our weekend trip!

Hope you all are doing fine and not getting swamped with work before our much anticipated “holiday”. Please remember to check with your teachers what you are going to miss when you are away and thus make the adequate and necessary preparations!!!

Francis here. I’ve noted the date for the make-up SPA session alrdy. Had a word with Mrs Tan today, i won;t be coming for the Friday session bcos i’m in involved in the Temasek Seminar. Would just like to check, the lit reading materials can be downloaded where? Can;t find it sorry.

Sorry Ms Teo need to check too if there will be time for Catholics to attend church in Cambridge because there is a day, the 15th or 16th, not too sure, where we are obligated to attend mass.
